| Geisinger today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Jaewon Ryu, M.D., J.D., as interim president and chief executive officer of Geisinger, effective December 1, 2018. Dr. Ryu, who has served as executive vice president and chief medical officer since September 2016, succeeds David T. Feinberg, M.D., MBA, who is leaving Geisinger January 3, 2019, to assume a leadership role at Google.
