UCare Medicare with Fairview and North Memorial Health plan will offer an all-encompassing Minnesota health care experience
At a time when Cost Plans are being phased out by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), three leading health care organizations in the Twin Cities – UCare, Fairview Health Services and North Memorial Health – are teaming up to offer a new Medicare Advantage HMO-POS (Health Maintenance Organization – Point of Service) plan to eligible individuals in 8 metro counties: Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Washington. Complete plan information will be available Oct. 1, 2018, during the Medicare Annual Election Period. Individuals can start enrolling Oct. 15, 2018, for 2019 coverage. |
