More members of Anthem’s Medicare Advantage plans will have access to high-quality health care at lower out-of-pocket costs
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Indiana (Anthem) announced today that the Elkhart Clinic will be joining Anthem’s Medicare Advantage (MA) health maintenance organization (HMO) and dual special needs program (D-SNP) networks, effective December 11, 2017. Hoosiers enrolled in Anthem’s Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO health plans will have in-network access to the Elkhart Clinic’s cutting-edge primary and specialty care as well as diagnostic, therapeutic and wellness services.
