Billings Clinic is a leading community organization and the largest employer in Billings, Montana. At its core is a multi-specialty group practice of over 200 physicians and non-physician providers. It is a not-for-profit organization; governed by the community, with physician leadership at all levels. Its structure is similar to that of the Mayo Clinic.
