Ameritas earns BenchmarkPortal Center of Excellence certification

Lincoln, Nebraska (Feb. 22, 2021) – The Ameritas group division earns its 14th Center of Excellence certification from BenchmarkPortal. Ameritas is one of a handful of companies to achieve fourteen consecutive years of certification (2006-2020). This places the Ameritas contact center performance in the top 10 percent of all participating contact centers in the world.
