Colonial Life’s web-based Harmony enrollment system helps businesses nationwide better manage their benefits enrollments. With it, Colonial Life benefits representatives have the flexibility to enroll employees anytime, anywhere, either face-to-face, over the Internet or the phone. Employees who can’t physically meet with a benefits representative can enroll themselves online. In addition, Harmony’s daily reporting gives employers a snapshot of the enrollment’s progress so they know which employees have been enrolled, what benefits they’ve selected, and more. Overall, Harmony enhances the enrollment experience for employees and helps employers stay on top of their enrollments.
