| Omni IPA (OIPA) was originally formed in 1985 by a number of San Joaquin County, California physicians. The organization operated exclusively under the name Omni IPA Medical Group, Inc. until 1996 when it adopted a second name: Medcore Medical Group (MMG). OIPA is incorporated in the State of California as an Independent Practice Association (IPA), and contracts with over 400 primary care and specialty physicians in San Joaquin county and surrounding areas. |
