| The Leapfrog Group, a nonprofit advocate for health care transparency, has awarded Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center its seventh straight “A” grade in the Fall 2018 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade. The Hospital Safety Grade, administered in the spring and fall every year, measures the overall performance of more than 2,500 hospitals nationwide in keeping patients safe from preventable medical errors.
