Leading Health Information Exchange to Implement Diameter Health’s Data Normalization and Enrichment Platform
Diameter Health, a leading enabler of clinical insight through the cleansing, de-duplication and enrichment of clinical data across the care continuum, has announced that ClinicalConnect HIE, western Pennsylvania’s health information exchange (HIE), has selected the Fusion, Analyze, and Quality applications to automate processes and standardize data interchange between payers, providers, and other constituents.
