Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Indiana (Anthem) announced today that Dr. Kimberly Roop has been appointed President of its Medicaid plan. Dr. Roop most recently held the position of Regional Vice President and Medical Director at Anthem and succeeds Kristen Metzger, who is assuming an expanded role within the organization as President, Medicaid Central Region.
