America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) issued the following statement in response to a bipartisan bill introduced by Sens. Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) and Patty Murray (D-Wash.) to improve stability and state flexibility in the individual market for Americans who purchase their own health care coverage:
