HPP Will Host Day of Celebration, Education and Music from Local Stars
Grammy-nominated singer Jazmine Sullivan will be joined by funk innovator Jeff Bradshaw, rapper Chill Moody and other Philadelphia favorites at Health Partners Plans’Health and Music Festival. Thousands are expected to unite in Germantown forthe free, signature event on Saturday, September 16.This year’s theme is “Finding the ‘U’ in Unity.” As the first managed care organization in the country to receive the renowned National Committee for Quality Assurance’s (NCQA) Multicultural Health Care Distinction, Health Partners Plans (HPP) is known as a company that understands and addresses health care disparities stemming from race, ethnicity and language.
