Montefiore Health System and CityMD are proud to announce a new partnership that will improve access to primary, specialty and urgent care services for patients of both CityMD and Montefiore. Under our agreement, Montefiore will become CityMD’s exclusive preferred provider partner in the Bronx and Westchester. Individuals who visit CityMD’s urgent care centers in these communities will now have the opportunity to be seamlessly connected to necessary follow-up care with Montefiore’s world class community of primary and specialty care providers. ... |
