| Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: MOH) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Molina Healthcare of Florida, has executed a contract with the Florida Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA) to participate in the Nursing Home Diversion (NHD) program. Molina Healthcare will now provide home and community-based services in lieu of nursing home placement for beneficiaries who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid in Pinellas and Hillsborough, Florida.
