VNSNY CHOICE, an affiliate of the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, the nation's largest not-for-profit provider of home- and community-based health services, has received approval from the State of New York to acquire the New York-Presbyterian System SelectHealth (NYPS) health care plan for people living with HIV/AIDS and their families. Effective June 1, 2012, the health plan will become VNSNY CHOICE SelectHealth, and members will be automatically transitioned into the new plan unless they choose to disenroll and receive their health insurance elsewhere. ... |
