Program Participants to Celebrate Accomplishments on Saturday, March 6, at Intercultural Family Services, Philadelphia

Keystone Mercy Health Plan, the largest Medicaid managed care plan in Southeastern Pennsylvania, will be hosting a celebratory event for participants who completed the Lose to Win program on Saturday, March 6, at the Intercultural Family Services, 2317 S. 23rd Street, Philadelphia, PA from 10 am to 2 pm. The Lose to Win program, offered in collaboration with the YMCA of Philadelphia & Vicinity, was a 12-week program that educated Keystone Mercy members with type-2 diabetes on the importance of eating a balanced diet, living a healthy lifestyle and exercising on a regular basis.  ...
