In operation since 1997 Washington-area Health2 Resources develops results-oriented marketing communications and public relations programs for a broad mix of clients. Through research, strategic planning, publicity efforts, community relations activities and government and investor relations programs we seek to convey specific messages for our clients on an ongoing basis. With an understanding of the dynamics that drive the health care sector, we use primary and secondary research to understand our clients' customers and potential customers and to develop and implement effective strategies and tactics that lead to results. By defining each audience and working in support of marketing objectives, we communicate messages that are designed to motivate target audiences. Through proactive publicity efforts, we raise awareness of client products or services, as well as awareness of the company and company executives. By finding favorable solutions to community relations issues, either in times of crisis or during leadership transition we seek to support and restore goodwill in the communities where our clients live and work. We work closely with local, state and federal policymakers and regulatory agencies to build and improve relationships on behalf of our clients. Our staff also interfaces with key stakeholders such as health care consultants, board members, investors, suppliers, brokers, insurance agents and national health care thought leaders. |
