We are a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) in the State of Florida that was awarded its Certificate of Authority by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation in September 2005. The Certificate of Authority has been approved for a service area comprised of Sumter, Hernando, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties, Florida. |
